Gee, I really must make an effort to post on this blog more often! It seems like I am always busy fulfilling orders and this year has REALLY flown by.
I am currently working on a new site design and hope to have it ready by the new year.
Order are still being taken for Christmas but hurry...only a short time available to get them in!

The first post of 2009...Happy New Year to all my customers, past and future!
The last few weeks were extremely busy but it is always great to receive such fantastic feedback about the caricatures.
Everyone will be back into the swing of things on January 5th as work starts again. Hopefully you all had a very restful Christmas and enjoyed the break.
I am hoping that 2009 will be another inspirational year and that even more caricatures will be completed. So, be creative with your descriptions and really set a challenge.

The madness of the past few weeks is finally over. All Christmas orders have been completed and posted and I now have a few days rest before the wedding season commences.
Early in January the caricatures for couples start coming in as wedding invitations start to be posted to guests.
I find that I am now producing more wedding invitations that ever before as couples look for something more unique and memorable.

The new frames are in and they look great! I have been offering framed caricatures since the business started and the caricatures certainly do look fantastic when framed. Here's what Yvonne had to say about them:

The new frames are larger and even better quality. They come with a mount which sets off the framing nicely. It's hard to do them justice on here but you can see an example image to the left. They look even better in real life.
The rich colours of the caricature contrast nicely with the modern and sleek aluminium frame.
These frames normally retail for £20...yes, normally £20 just for the frame in the shops!
It's easy to order yours...and what a unique gift for Christmas , that 21st birthday gift or maybe just a special treat..

I woke up this morning not realising that the clocks had gone back an hour! So, that left me with an extra hour to work on the business. Great.
With Christmas just around the corner and the so called 'credit crunch' hitting some people harder than others I thought this would be the ideal time to offer FREE CARICATURES.

 Recently I seem to be completing a lot of requests for superhero style caricatures. It's usually Superman but this week I had a request in for Spiderman.
It's always great to deal with people who have such creative requests. Some are more craxy than others...like the one for a wedding caricature with the request to 'show the bump'.
With Christmas fast approaching I have been very busy creating lots of cards. In addition I have produced some super-sized prints (A1 size!!) which look absolutely amazing!
Lots of new sizes are now avaialble including 6" x 4" right through to A1. You can even get your caricature framed and sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery for next day delivery.

At last...some sunshine today. After what seems like non-stop rain it's nice to have a bit of fair weather for a change.
I was going through some previous caricatures the other day and came across some from quite a few years ago. It is always great to think back to what has been accomplished over the past 5 years. As one of the original caricature websites we have created 1000s of caricatures.
 The simple design of the John Travolta caricature style is still one of my favourites and it is probably one of the most requested for invitations.
Many customers ask for caricature birthday invitations which we can supply from as little as £2.00 per invitation card...complete with text inside and white envelopes.

After an extended holiday I am now back into the swing of things with the orders and getting ready for the Christmas rush. It's amazing to think that Christmas orders are already coming through since it only seems like yesterday that it was Chrsitmas 2007.
